Questions buyers ask.

Short answers on routes, cargo, and documents. The same desk is one email away for anything else.

How long does sea freight into Iran take?

Lead times vary by origin and service, and rates move with the market. A desk in both Dubai and Tehran confirms current schedules, quotes a rate, and keeps the shipment moving across both ends of the route.

FCL or LCL — which fits my cargo?

A full container load moves alone, sealed from origin to destination. Groupage shares a container and costs less for small parcels, but adds consolidation time on both ends.

What documents does a shipment need?

The bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and the export or import certificates the cargo type requires. Missing paperwork is the most common cause of delay at destination.

Can cargo transit through Iran to the CIS region?

Yes. Cargo arriving at Persian Gulf ports can continue overland under customs supervision into neighboring countries and the CIS region, coordinated from both desks.

One route, two desks.

Dubai books the vessel, Tehran clears the cargo — supervised at both ends, in either direction.

Slot service

Booked capacity on scheduled sailings.

Reserve slot space on the sailings we run to the ports we serve — our documentation desk handles the export certificates.
